Why choose the full panoramic court from MPadel?

We are the only manufacturer in Morocco to offer a fully mechanized court with full panoramic backs.

We integrate 4mm thick iron assembly sockets, with an 8-metric thread directly incorporated into the structure, and the fixing of brackets with crimped nuts.

By eliminating self-drilling screws, the structure becomes more compact and impact-resistant. It is also easier to assemble and disassemble, while offering a cleaner and more refined design.

Technical Details
of the Full Panoramic Padel Court

  • Super panoramic back without posts in the corners. For the remaining posts, we use 100x50x2 profiles with a lower base reinforcement of 100x50x2, welding a continuous 500 mm weld bead to the 8 mm anchor plate, making the structure impact-resistant and very robust. At the bottom around the entire perimeter of the court, we designed custom MPadel profiles both for the mesh floor finish and for the glazing area, as the glass is inserted into the lower profile which is itself anchored to the ground with M12 screws and a cap for a better finish. The entire back structure is assembled using machined parts to offer greater resistance and ease of assembly. These parts are connected to each other with stainless steel screws DIM 7380 M8, ensuring a perfect assembly, with a horizontal profile above the glass panels of 120x60x3 with an upper frame in electro-welded mesh 50x50x4 mm of 2000×1000 mm in steel with an opening for glazing of 2995x1995x12 mm. Ground anchor plates of 150x250x8.
  • 8 modules of 3000×2000 mm in a 2 mm folded and stamped sheet metal frame (custom MPadel profile) hiding the 4 mm mesh tips for a better finish with 50x50x4 mm electro-welded mesh of 3000×2000 mm in steel, joined by reinforcement posts in 50x50x1.5 tube, 1000 mm long.
  • 4 modules of 4000×1000 mm in structural steel tube 60x40x2 mm with 50x50x4 mm electro-welded mesh in steel for access to the play area.
  • 14 modules of 2000×1000 mm in 2 mm folded sheet metal (custom MPadel profile) in steel with 50x50x4 mm electro-welded mesh forming the upper 4-meter-high part located above the panoramic back.

18 tempered glass panels of 1995 × 2990 × 12 mm.

Access doors open on both sides of the court (as seen during the official World Padel tour visit).

If the client wishes, doors can be installed on one or both sides of the court, and we can even integrate door automation.

4 posts of 100x50x2 mm, 3000 mm high (±3), with 100x50x2x1200 mm reinforcements, featuring the same finish as the rest of the court, and holes for cable routing.
4 floodlight supports made of 60×3 mm diameter tubing, 3000 mm high (±5), with U-shaped brackets and M8 through bolts for attachment to the 100×50 mm posts.

Available options: curved, zigzag, straight, custom, and in various colors.

The turf of your choice includes adhesive strips and silica sand.

Galvanization: Hot-dip galvanization by immersion in a zinc bath at 450 °C
Painting: Application of the first layer of HEMPEL brand two-component epoxy paint and the finishing layer in polyurethane. Certified ISO 12944-6, Category 4, very high durability. Color choice from the RAL color chart.
Color available from the standard RAL palette.

It measures 20 meters in length and 6 meters in width, with 4 fewer mesh panels and 4 fewer glass panes. This model is ideal for smaller spaces, children, or doubles matches.
